I've lived in Boulder since 2015, bought furniture everywhere here. I have never had an experience even close to my experience at Arhaus! Krista particularly was super patient with me while I was figuring out what I wanted (and I took my time). She and other staff members followed up with me, reached out with pieces that I might like, and remembered me every time I came in the store. In a world getting away from customer service standards it was so wonderful and pleasant being treated like a friend and a valued customer here at Arhaus and honest to God, I'll buy every furniture piece I need from them as long as I live here. It also helps that their furniture is GORGEOUS and extremely well built. I've bought many pieces and have loved them all.

We purchased a couple furniture pieces at different times from Arhaus - Boulder recently, and we loved not only the great material quality and workmanship but also the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of this particular store's employees. Among all those great people, I'd like to further emphasize one of them, Ari Arisoy's top notch customer service; he made sure to 100% address our needs from the moment we entered the store to even after we received items and started to use them. All in all, it was a fulfilling purchasing experience; I can't make comments about warranty handling as I never experienced that; hopefully they are as good.

I am leaving a review not so much for Arhaus but for an associate that I had the pleasure of working with, Ari Arisoy. I had a coffee table delivered that was much different than the sample and specs that I had seen in the store. It is unfair to assume a buyer will just accept such a different color or style. It arrived and I wanted to send it back. I almost cannot express in words the amount of care and professionalism that Ari has. He did everything possible to facilitate a return, order an item unrelated to help cover costs and do it all with utmost cordiality. The stress that could have mounted even further was capped by his knowledge of the furniture from Arhaus and the return process itself. I am so grateful for having worked with him.

Looked everywhere for the perfect cabinets and finally found them at Arhaus Boulder! Also found this wonderful rug too. The delivery guys and the communication from them was a wonderful experience.

We just had the in stock Kipton two seat sofa in soft beige with black flecks delivered, with the storage Ottoman. Plus a 9x13 hand knotted rug. I was a little scared to get the Kipton after a few unfavorable old reviews about the back pillow fill. Our sales person, Julie, told us they have responded to those reviews and added more fill to their back pillows. We got our sofa a month before estimated and loved working with the delivery company. We appreciated their COVID safety questions, updates and flexibility. We will be back to Boulder to buy more pieces for our Colorado home. Thanks Arhaus for your service and outstanding quality!

My wife and I purchased a dining room table, 8 chairs, a sectional sofa, and 2 swivel stool chairs, and 2 full sets of dishware. All of the items came in great condition and they were very accommodating of our changing needs; we had to return one section of the sofa because it didn't work for our space and the process went smoothly and without issue. The furniture is wonderful, and the sales rep who is our main point of contact is awesome. Matthew at the Boulder showroom has been nothing but patient and professional with us, taking care to make sure our orders were correct - all while being friendly and kind to us. Arhaus gets 5 stars, but Matthew T. gets 10, and definitely deserves a huge raise!

We have purchased many pieces of Arhaus furniture, most of it from the Boulder Arhaus store. Last spring, we purchased a dining table, 8 chairs, 8 bar stools, a tabletop, an end table and a martini table. Our sales representative sent an email last week inquiring if we needed anything at the moment as a sale was ending the next week. We placed an order for another end table at a great price and additional savings and expect to receive it next week. I really appreciated Matthew's attention and service and will continue to work with him!
